In addition, Cosmopolitan Associates can provide, through it’s associates firms, property management services for rentals or condominium corporations. Since we can provide assistance in all aspects of land development, we are able to supply our clients with complete development sector service from conceptual business planning to project design, & implementation and finally property management.
